We help clients and their families get organized, de-stress, and create beauty in their homes. What we are looking for
Lead Organizers and Assistant Organizers
Part time - 4 days a week from 9-4
Number of hours per week are not guaranteed and will vary based on project scope
Pay starts at $18 per hour for assistants
Must be willing to travel to all of Houston Metro
Duties Include:
Sort + Edit + Organize
Donation Drop Offs
Must own your own vehicle and have reliable transportation
SUV a plus!
Must have the ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hours a day,
climb stairs, use a ladder, and lift 50 pounds.

Team Leads are expected to:
Posess the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close a project to achieve a clients specific goals and objectives within a defined timeframe, budget, and scope.
Have excellent communication skills, be caring, and diplomatic
Have the ability to have difficult conversations with both clients and team
Inspire growth in our team
Manage inventory (requires regular and frequent trips to The Container Store)
